  • Complete either a 'try it', 'use it' or 'prove it' worksheet

You will need to:

Today you will be using the information your found yesterday to make and record notes, ready to use in your writing tomorrow. 

  • Watch today's presentation and check the 'I do' for how to make your notes.
  • Choose which pre-historic animal you will write about (you only need one).
  • Use your research and make your own notes. 
  • You must use the spellings from your gathered information.

Today you will write your own report about your chosen pre-historic animal. 

You will need to:

  • Watch the lesson presentation.
  • Choose technical language that you can use for your writing. 
  • Read the model write and see if you could 'magpie' any ideas.
  • Write your own non-chronological report about prehistoric beasts.
  • Share your amazing work with your teacher!
