Our School Council consists of twenty children, two representatives from each class from years two to six. Children nominate themselves for the role and are asked to produce a short speech outlining why they would like to be a class representative and what they can bring to the role. Classes then take part in a concealed vote to elect their two representatives fairly. The role of Chair and Vice Chair are decided by children in a ballot.
During the course of the year, our School Council meet on a fortnightly basis and will work on many initiatives.
