Swimming at the school pool: Mondays

Outdoor PE: Wednesdays

Please ensure all kit is named and that children are wearing suitable clothing for the weather e.g. sun hats, sun cream in school.

Class 9- Tuesday 13th June

Class 10- Thursday 15th June

Please ensure children have a change of clothing and footwear for these days. They must wear long sleeves and trousers (even if it is hot).

Please can you ensure your child comes into school with the correct forest school kit (spare/waterproof trousers, jumper, coat/jacket, sunscreen, sunhat and wellies). Arms and legs need to be covered at all times.

What is Sound Science Fair Invite

Dear Parents / Carers

Year 4 have spent a number of weeks following the enquiry 'What is Sound?'.   The learning that they have done as Scientists,  has led them to being able to complete a challenge to explain what sound is. They have prepared a science fair based on sound and would like to share their learning with you. Therefore, you are invited to come to the school hall on Friday 4^th November at 2.45pm, for fifteen minutes, so that the children can demonstrate being Scientists.

Welcome to Year 4!

We are very excited to be welcoming you into Year 4 and hope that you have all had an amazing summer break and are ready for the action-packed year ahead. Parents and carers- please do come and see us, we will be in the playground every morning - effective home school communication is really important to us. If you have any queries or questions come and ask us! 

Essential Information for Term 1

PE Days- please can you ensure that your child comes to school in the correct PE kit (no football kits, bright clothing, branded sports wear) with long hair tied back and earrings removed.

Outdoor PE will take place on a Tuesday afternoon.

We  hope to continue to use the swimming pool in Term 1. Both classes 9 and 10 will swim on a MONDAY afternoon. Your child will need to bring their swimming kit to school on that day. If there is no swimming, please wear PE kit.
